Colonial Regional police are investigating the BB gun shooting.
A Lower Nazareth Township man who was shot in the head Wednesday by a BB gun has died, Colonial Regional Police report.
Victor Lovero III, 19, of the 4500 block of Foxtail Drive, died at 7:14 this morning at St. Luke's Hospital in Fountain Hill, according to the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. An autopsy will be performed Friday to determine the cause and manner of death.
Police said it could have been an accident.
Lovero was shot just before 7 p.m. Wednesday at 442 B Daniels Road in Lower Nazareth, police said.
The death is being investigated by police and the Lehigh County Coroner's Office.
