Matisyahu to perform at Crocodile Rock in Allentown

FROM THE EXPRESS TIMES

Reggae artist Matisyahu will play Crocodile Rock on June 26 in Allentown, with doors opening at 6 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, according to Crocodile Rock's website.

Matisyahu's musical style matches reggae and rap with Jewish-themed lyrics. Born in West Chester, Pa., he uses his Hebrew name as his tag and released his first album, "Live at Stubb's" in 2005. He gained international notoriety with his hit single, "King Without a Crown." His latest album, "Live at Stubb's Vol. 2," came out in February.

Matisyahu played Mayfair last year in Allentown and returns to the city this year as part of his current international tour.
