Hires and promotions at Lehigh Valley companies

His main responsibilities will include managing the daily operations of PICPA's three offices, developing a strategic direction for the organization and implementing PICPA Council's policies. LaBert, a former executive director of the Bar Association of Lehigh County, has served as senior director of creative services for the Lehigh Valley's public broadcasting TV station, WLVT PBS-39, and in multiple positions with the Leadership Institute. He received the Eastern Pennsylvania Business Journal Executive Spotlight Award in 2011 and Top 20 Under 40 Executives in 2010. Marisa Leaser of Allentown has been named the director for the Traditions of Hanover At Home Services in Bethlehem. As director, Leaser will develop business by giving care to local seniors, cultivating relationships with other professionals in the health care field and educating clients, families and other professionals about aging, home care and other related issues. She will network and volunteer with numerous professional and service groups in the field, including Lehigh Valley Aging in Place, Lehigh Valley Military Affairs Council, Triad and Healthnet.
