NFLN’s Next A Football Life to Profile Barry Sanders- The next installment of NFL Network’s (NFLN) A Football Life documentary series will look at the career and life of former Lions running back Barry Sanders. Barry Sanders: A Football Life debuts Wednesday at 8:00p.m. ET. Thunder at Nets Next NBA TV Fan Night Game- NBA TV has announced that the Oklahoma City Thunder at the Brooklyn Nets will be the next Fan Night game presentation this coming Tuesday. Tip-off is at 7:30p.m. ET. Fans can vote for on the following list of games for the Fan Night telecast on December 18th: Atlanta Hawks @ Washington Wizards; Utah Jazz @ Brooklyn Nets; Boston Celtics @ Chicago Bulls; San Antonio Spurs @ Denver Nuggets; or New Orleans Hornets @ Golden State Warriors. NBC Wins Awards for Olympics Coverage- NBC Sports won four Olympic Golden Rings awards — three Gold and one Silver for its coverage of the 2012 London Games at the International Olympic Committee’s biennial awards ceremony. The Olympic Golden Rings are awarded by the IOC to honor broadcasters for their outstanding coverage of the Olympic Games. The network won gold in the categories of Best Olympic Program, Best Olympic Feature and Best On-Air Pormotion. NBC won silver for Best Olympic Athlete Profile.
